To enforce security, your K12 School District might use a 3rd party tool/service to filter any domains being requested by your teacher or students after logging into their Google Workspace account.

To ensure your 3rd party tool or service doesn’t mistakenly block an itopia Labs domain and thereby preventing your teachers or students from logging-in, the IT Department for your School District should ensure these itopia Labs specific domains are whitelisted.

A whitelisted domain is a domain that has been marked as trusted so that an itopia Labs user can communicate and collaborate with that domain. This security feature is designed to keep an organization's data safe and prevent outsiders from having access.

itopia recommends the K12 school district whitelist the top level domain (preferred best practice over whitelisting each of the sub-domains).
