Tasks module works as your own project management tool, meaning that it automatically creates tasks to be completed to successfully launch the Client. After you go through the launching steps and send your client to cloud, your servers will be created. There will be 2 provisioning tasks after this process explaining what needs to be done to finish the client deployment.
Later on, when the Client is launched, all the applications to be installed that you import from Catalog or add are sent to the Tasks section.
When you install each app on the server, you can mark the application installation task as done in itopia - Tasks. It will provide you with a better overview of pending actions. You can as well filter a list of already complete tasks.


You can see all the filters on the right side of the screen and separate the tasks by Client,  Status,  Date and Type:

To complete a task, simply mark the checkbox and hit the check mark on the top ✅
