Steps to enable BigQuery API in Google Cloud Console

  1. Login to GCP

  2.  Go to API Library in Google Cloud Console:

3. Then make sure you select the project you want to enable the API for.

4. Search for the BigQuery API, click on it. 

Then click the blue "Enable" button to enable the API

Make sure you do the above for every project that needs to have BigQuery API enabled.
