Step 1: Check Browser Permissions

  • Connect to your lab session on the browser and open content that plays audio, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or a video with sound.

  • Click the settings icon in the address bar.

  • Look for Sound or Site settings.

  • Ensure Sound is set to Allow or Automatic (default).

  • If changes are made, refresh the page and test the audio again.

Step 2: Test Audio

  • Connect to your lab session and open any content that plays audio like Adobe Premier Pro.

  • Play a video or audio file inside the lab session.

  • If you still don’t hear sound, try using a different browser or restarting your lab session.

Following these steps should resolve most audio playback issues in a browser-based lab environment. If problems persist, check your local device's sound settings or consult your administrator for further assistance.
